ugh I hate OSAP I want to take a business course that is offered online or in class here but I just went to the calculator to see what they would give me a month since I really don't have the cash to pay $3000 tuition plus $2000 books and I think it was $500 other fees went through the whole calculator and apparently OSAP will only give me $705 wtf?! I don't even make the much I work 5.5 hours a day 5-6 days a week on min wage and have other bills to pay as well...sure I live at home but that doesn't mean I have all this extra money to pay for school and they won't even offer assistance more than that...
any other ideas for what I could try to get in terms of financial assistance, I really don't want to go with a bank loan because I need a co-signer which I would never get plus I don't want to pay interest if I can help it

I don't think I'll be making it to the end of August for this baby! I feel constantly like I am about to go into labor. We took the girls to the local splash pad (a special thing we have here where there are interactive water toys for the kids) and by the time we'd been there a half hour I couldn't even get up off the bench anymore. By the time we did all our running around I thought I was going to pass out or give birth.
ugh.
I was having trouble with this last night too, but it seems to be working fine just now. No idea what was causing it, but I was sure it would be down all weekend.
Does anyone know where these 'extra' 450 point words are coming from? There was a new newsletter that started coming out a few weeks ago, are there more new ones besides that new Celebrities one? I just like to be able to put on the wiki where the words are sourced from.. I was sure I was getting all the newsletters.

Since you still live at home they dont go by what you make but what your parents make. I get 10 thousand each year from OSAP (thank god my paerents had 4 kids LOL & Im living away from home). They could care a less whos paying and what your spends their money on. They autmatically looka t your living at home your parents can pay so they you way less. Try going thru it again and say your paying your parents rent you ll get more (someone in my class did that). Also, it depends on how much your parents make a year and how many kids they have. They have a cut off and they start going down (my dad made a thousand less than the cutoff
plus he has 4 kids and 2 of them in college / uni). The only place would be the bank, family members (even your parents just say you ll pay them back).
Dont know any other place. Not sure if the bank will give you a big loan my tuitions 3000$ (i have the other fees paid off while working in the summer) but they wont give me a loan since I have no credit (ive paid my own bills and such since I was 16 bought my first car whe I was 16, plus a few months ago). How much credit do they want. Try a credit union I know I went to my dads and they agve me a loan with vey little interest (I dont have to start paying till 2 month after I graduate ad the interest is about 40% less than the banks).
I just got off work and once again the manager was ubber nice. I work the next 4 nights then off 1. My moms planning A girls weekend in two weeks - myself, my mom, gramma, bros g.f, my sister and my other roomate will be going camping.
Anyways off to bed - may be on later if I wake up today LOLPlease! Vote for me! Return Votes - PM me! https://apps.facebook.com/offerpop/Contest.psp?c=72752&u=18635&a=2555581944 95800&p=173929515983119&v=Entry&id=210866&res t=1

back to Star Trek, I was really impressed how the new young actors portrayed their older counterparts ... they must have studied and practiced hard ... the inclinations in the voice, the little movements, body movements, facial expressions, ... man its was great ... I could see these young men growing into the original Star Trek characters that I grew up with!! Bravo to those actors and actresses!

Haunish, I started doing things by myself, if dh doesn't want to ... otherwise I'd miss out on what little life I do have! lol
and just so our male SCs know, I tell him to go on his own too, if its something I have no interest in, or Im not feeling well. He went and saw Star Trek last night (cause my foot was bothering me!) and I took him out today to see it again (2nd time for him) ... ok we are TrekkiesLast edited by kekes; Sun, Jun 28th, 2009 at 10:09 PM.
