Snakes don't bother me. When I was about 8, my parents took me to a zoo & I got to hold the boa in one of those meet the snake shows. My poor Mom just about had a heart attack.

Spiders are a whole other story. I just about faint if there's one in the room. & scorpions are close relatives. Ick.

I like all furry beasties (tarantulas don't count) & anything with feathers. My poor dog is terrified of fieldmice - I've been known to scoop em up if they're in a dangerous place (things I don't tell my Mom).
