I got the mousse FPC on Monday. My mother's hasn't gotten hers yet and was ordered at the same time, and we live in the same building.

I e-mailed them last week about the mousse coupon that I also didn't receive. I informed them that I didn't get the Johnson's one and at that time they said they couldn't do anything about it as the offer was over...I guess I have to e-mail them again!

Never get any free mousse one that I ordered. I didn't get the mousse B1G1 coupon either.
Did received the Vaseline and J&J FPC prior to this though. I still get regular SAVE coupons.

well myself im a little ticked off i recieved a coupon that expired in a couple days of getting it but i hadnt noticed the expirey date so it was expired when i went to use it so i noticed on here they would give you a new one so i wrote and they said to send back the coupon?Well who keeps an expired coupon a month later???Not cool with johnsons!!!

Save.ca is saying that I did not meet the eligibility requirements to have the coupon sent out - I must have lapsed into some sort of coma when I ordered it.
They told my mom that they are no longer processing her coupons because there are multiple accounts at her house. Weird, I would like to know who else lives there besides my dad - who most definitely is not ordering any coupons.
The crappiest thing is that there is no other way to follow up other than email, which relies on if and when they decide to get back to you.

I had no luck with save.ca. I emailed them about not getting the J&J FPC and gave facebook account name and save.ca account names and they told me they looked into it and there is "no evidence of having ordered it" so they are not sending me an FPC. That is silly. Why would I take all of that time to email them all details etc. if I was not telling them the truth?? I am not impressed with save.ca.

wow.. they also said i i dont meet the criteria as i didnt order it either.. funny.. i didnt know i just randomly decided a couple weeks ago that i wanted to "like" J&J on facebook for no apparent reason... are these people run by lockerz??? lol

Unfortunately, you do not meet the criteria for a replacement coupon. In order to qualify, you must have successfully placed an order from the J&J Baby site during the time the offer was still valid. Since an order was not placed from this particular site, we are unable to issue a replacement.
