Last night my sister, brother and their kids were over so we made our version of chicken alfredo.. turned out very good!

Cooked chicken breast wrapped in bacon in the oven than diced it all up....

Made white sauce a la Julia Child [=) very good but we agreed a can of mushroom soup would and did add a yumy zip to the sauce + shredded parmeasan cheese]

oh BOY! Was is good... mmmm.. the bacon just added a killer punch to it.. my niece and nephew gobbled it up [first time for everything!] They loved it so much they kept giving me hugs and thanking me repeatedly.

I ate the small bowls of leftover for lunch...mmm... damn near licked the bowl it was so yummy... wish there was more.. -sigh-

Well I just ate Bacon, eggs and roasted orange and yellow peppers for breakfast/ lunch but considering it is almost 3 in the afternoon it just may be dinner too lol But it was soooo good

tonight comes... cheese and honey. this craving was inspired by anthony bourdain on "no reservations" last sunday and needs to be fulfilled! we're thinking either goat cheese or ricotta drizzled with honey to smear on a fresh baguette with dole's "asian island crunch" salad kit on the side. oh yeah.

I havent eaten anything in two days except a couple crackers that didn't last long.

Today Im finally getting the stomach to eat again so maybe soup? I dont know!

Since the weather is sooooooo stunning here tonight I will bbqing some steaks for my mom, dad and DH and some shrimp(prawns) for my grandmother. I will also do leftover garlic mashed taters and baked potatoes with all the fixins and a side salad. I need some fresh fruit for dessert too
