I know it's silly, but I'm SO thankful for our golf pro! He straightened out my swing during my lesson today!! AND, I didn't look horrible on the video, either! LOL!!! I'm doing this because our DD and her DH and my hubby want me to start going out with them this year.....

Ha ha! That's awesome! I think it's wonderful if you can get out and golf with your daughter and husband. Nature, fun, good company. . .what else can u ask for??

I can only play 9 holes, and that's with a cart, and believe me though, I'd probably have hit enough balls to play 18 the short distances I get! LOL!! I'll head home, have wine, and they can bring my hubby home and we'll have wine.....ahhhhh..summer!!!

On Mother's Day - and, every single day - I am so very thankful for my Mom. She was absolutely amazing in every way possible, and I miss her SO very much!
Her pic is in my signature, taken when she started teaching in a one-room schoolhouse in rural SK. She was beautiful inside and out!

My daughter and I were on the way home from dinner at my father's; there was a motercycle vs car accident. I am so thankful that the motercycle driver was awake and moving as we passed through the accident site (driver of car was ok also). I really wanted to find some way off that main street because I just can't handle seeing people injured like anyone else. It's just it will keep me up for nights wondering if they were ok even though I don't know them.

Big Kuddo's to the Firemen & EMT people tht were there so quickly I am truly thankful for the job they do.

That my youngest dd is still alive. She totaled off my dh's brand new truck yesterday when the front tire blew out. The truck is a total write off, but she is alive! Thanks you LORD!

I had my 21wk ultrasound and doctor's appointments. We found out that it is a baby boy! So now I can start planning more for him. Doctor was very happy with all the prenatal stuff, which is great because I am a high risk pregnancy.

Today I am most thankful for COFFEE. Had insomnia last night and slept around 3:30 and was awake for work at 6:30. Its been a draggy day because I feel supertired right now, but coffees been doing its job and helping me do mine.
