What are you thankful for today?

I am thankful for being able to go to spin class this am. Even though I am in a lot of pain I just keep pushing myself!!

I'm thankful for bicycles! Cuz I sure had a lot of fun riding my bike down to the park with the kids tonight!

I am thankful for my two coworkers. In a toxic department, these two are always reliable, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I learn from them each time I talk to them. One is male. The other is female.

I am thankful that they share their life experiences with me and save me the trouble of making the same mistakes they made.

I think that meeting them and working with them is golden.
I appreciate them very much and make sure to tell them so.

ShwaGirl, I've had similar experiences in the workplace, and decades-old friendships out of them!

Today I'm thankful for many, many things:

For painkillers for my strained back, because they are getting me through each day four hours at a time right now.
For my son, who literally picks up the slack for me (and picks up things on the floor for me!).
For my husband, who rubs my ouchy back and legs daily - and does much much more. I don't know what I did so good to deserve this man in my life, but I am grateful for him every single moment of every day.
For my kitties, because I can grab them and hug them when I have the need.

Today I am thankful for faith. Its been a rough spell for me for the entire month (I'll spare you the details), but I am thankful in the knowledge that God doesnt give me more than I can handle. Even though some moments were very difficult, I made it past them and I dont think I could have done this without my faith and the support of my family.

I am thankful that the Ontario government budget was passed. So now we don't have to go through another election -- way to much money wasted on frequent elections IMHO.

Im thankful for good pain meds as today is a terrible day with lots of pain. I am also thankful for my wonderful dd's who have been here to help me every step of the way. I'm thankful for my families love and support as I walk along my journey, they understand my pain, my ups and downs and hold me when I cry. I love them dearly, and I am thankful to be alive today.

After 21 years together I'm grateful to have him as my best friend in the universe, my soul mate, my confidante, my rock. He keeps me sane in an insane world and I'm so very glad he's in my life! <3

I am thankful to be back to work. Today was my first day back and it felt good to be back at my desk and get caught up with my work buddies on whats happening in the office and with them. I complain alot about my job, but I love the people I work with, and was very happy to be able to reconnect with them today.

Right now, tho, Id be over the moon happy and thankful if I could get some sleep (3:43am here in NB)
