I'm thankful for the saltwater pool and hottub I'm going to need today. We went to the gym yesterday and I overdid it....just a bit!

amazing parents who are so amazingly good to me and my fiancé, and my brother. You cannot even imagine all the stuff they help with. Just spent the afternoon with my Mom, and I am so glad we are friends as well.

Very cool! Gosh, it's been ages since I skated - honestly probably since 1989 - last time I taught elementary school. My knees couldn't take it now, but I loved skating!

Today I'm so very thankful for furbabies - I was feeling so down and hurting and crying, and it just took minutes of cuddling to smarten me up!

I am thankful of all of the things that I have.

I am home from my holiday. I did somethings which were not too smart (damn you Jack Daniels!!!!) but I was also exposed to a life that I have not seen in a long time, and it was raw and I loved it it.

I am thankful that the men I gave money to today were able to eat, I am thankful that the man sleeping in the doorway was there so I could give him my left overs from my nice meal, I am thankful that the abandoned dog enjoyed my filet minion (as I did not) and that a nice young woman and two young men took care of that dog so I could walk back to my hotel quick, I am thankful that I saw several criminals be arrested.....it made my walk home a bit less stressful. I am thankful that after all of the awakening experiences that I was able to let go. I am thankful for all I have.

I am so very thankful to be in Canada - and very happy we have the political system we do - when I see the rigamarole the US goes through with their electoral system...
Also happy we have a relatively short federal election campaign time!

I am thankful my DH was able to help DS navigate through calculus last night. DS was very stressed out from it and 2 hours with DH was all it took for him to wrap his brilliant mind around it. :::::: insert proud mom bragging here :::::

I am so thankful my DH can help him - because I know momma would not have been any help!
