the electrical power was only out for an hour, cuz of building update

in that hour, i managed to mop the floor and take out the kitty litter, find my lost lighter and did some cleaning.

Thankful Dad survived 7th heart attack Friday night. Hospital called and said hurry, heart failure, by the time I got there they brought him back. Turns out he had plaque blocking an artery.

so thankfull -I have 2 wonderfull kids as this weekend will be hard for me -lost my mother in march-going to my daughter's/husband out of town on sat for supper at an Italian restarant and I am sure my son will drop in on sunday with his wife

That i get to spend Mothers day with my mom. I am truly grateful that she is still alive and i get to spend it with her.

Thankful that I thought of bringing another pair of shoes to keep at work this morning. When it was time to go home my shoe broke after a few mins walk. So walked back to the office barefoot to grab the other pair of shoes, and they even matched my outfit!

To have seing my familly and get a chance to take new recent pictures(still regretting to not have dont this with my beloved dead mother...now my philosophy...you never know what could happen) and it is a 2 hrs drive so I will not see them for at least 4 months Learning that put pictures updated is easy

I am thankful for mothers, even though mine is no longer with me here on earth...but she is with me in spirit and today this is especially the case.

My oldest daughter loves to sing, but today she broke out singing a song that my mother used to sing to me when I was a child. This is not a song I've ever sung to my own kids and she just started singing it out of the blue and without knowing that it was a song my mother sang to me...and then my second daughter , who was playing "teacher" in a game of school today, decided she wanted to be called my mother's name rather than her own. It was all very strange and wonderful though and it felt like my mother was all around me...and THAT was very lovely.

I am so very thankful to have had the Mother I did, who certainly shaped me into the person I am today. I miss her dearly...
