    I planted the entire vegetable garden in about 1.5hrs this afternoon, by myself. I planted about 15 types of vegetables. My brother rotatilled my garden Friday evening and I finished purchasing other things yesterday.

    Dh bought a new lawn mower, trimmer, and screen door for the house. Then he mowed the front and back lawns.

    Today I'm thankful for the blessings our family has...health, love, joy, security, friends, each other. I thank God every night for those blessings because there is so much heartbreak everywhere I look, in old friends I chance to meet...I hope we can repay those favours and seize the opportunities to do so....Thank you Jesus....

    I am thankful that one of the cats on my porch (who was missing the past 13 days) is back - I was so happy when DH told me Monkey was back (hes a dark cat with round eyes, and when he makes these chirping noises, sounds very much like a monkey). The kids were glad to see Monkey on our porch before we set out for school and work.
