Tonight is melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplant parmesan). I doing everything (including the sauce) from scratch, so it's going to take a long time - but it'll be worth it!

I'm going to BBQ the chicken filets that are marninating in yogurt and spices. also, atoes and rice, BBQed Portobello mushrooms and tomtoes and, salad on the side. Voilà. supper!!

I think I will dosome kind of fish tonight but that could change. I am either going to do talapia crusted with coconut/mango with cocnut basmati rice or halibut cruted with dijon and horseradish. Or maybe chicken

tonight be have having veggie basmati rice, Kuru Fasulye which is caramelized onions cooked with kidney beans meh don't know how to explain it and don't have time to find a pic anyways and onion salad on the side oh yes and i cant forget the $10 cantaloupe lmao all i know is that its from that family and don't know the exact name of the thing and ill be taking my time eating that fruit :D
