I've been making earrings lately...here's a few

As you can probably tell...I have a thing for feathers
I have some more made up that I don't have pics of yet. Lots of hot pink though, and a sweet little pair of owls...

Crafty-shmafty! I just finished fighting with sewing a skirt for our DD, and I swear I'm going to burn this pattern so that she doens't ask for another one of these!! What a lesson in frustration...but it turned out nice, so it might have been worth it. Might.
And now with the construction (or..destruction, presently) going on here, I won't be able to sew...Perhaps it's a sign for me to go back to making my jewellry as I hide downstairs!
Lovely earrings, Robyn!!!!

Robyn the earrings are lovely, my niece used to make jewellry using feathers as well. We recently clipped my chickens wings and saved the feathers to my dd could incorporate them into her designs.
I have been trying to work in the yard but due to weather and body restrictions have started another poncho for granddaughter.

Your earrings turned out really nice. I really like the ones with the peacock feathers. Right now i'm looking around for ideas for a farm cake. My aunt is holding a surprise 80th birthday party for my papa and it's farmed themed. It's not until June but i've been seraching for ideas and trying to buy everything early since they don't give away cake stuff. I keep finding more things I want to do and adding more cost lol

A few weeks ago, my neighbour hosted a jewelry making workshop. Since then we've gotten together every week to socialize (& play at making pretty things). Here are my humble attempts (the bracelet has blue glass beads on a stretchy cord that was crocheted, the necklaces are yellow glass beads & pink shell beads).
My "models" were happy to show off the bling, although I don't think my creations would stand up to their playing.

I've been checking the dollar stores but I haven't really found anything that interested me. I'm trying to make it 100% edible (minus the candles which I was able to find some farm ones at the bulk barn and got half price.) I did buy some little farm animals incase the ones I make don't turn out. I was hoping to use my amazon.ca gift cards I got from SwagBucks but most of the baking stuff comes from another site and the shipping cost more than the items I wanted to buy. Didn't think to look on ebay, i'll have to do a search later.

Winemaking is about the extent of my craftiness. Wish I could build nifty things like Patti, I'd be happy as a clam with that stuff!

Andit I love your models and the jewellry making as well.
I picked up some material yesterday to make some pj's for grandkids but my machines are put away, grrrrr. There certainly are some very talented SC'ers here.
