I'm craving peanut butter cookies sooooo bad, so I'm making them tonight or tomorrow. Last thing I baked was sticky toffee pudding.

does it count if it's on the stove

i made pumpkin's jam with less than half the sugar....
hubby said "they are good for the health"....
knowing all his ways to compliment my cooking,.....that says everyting,

(translation= he would have prefer the old recipe with a lot of sugar in )
Thank's to DH who told me the grumpy Garfield was not at all representative of who i am

Thought I'd share this with you so be aware of frozen crusts.
I always use tenderflake crusts for pies and such. Maybe you write an email to them telling them of your experience with their product!!

The pies I baked for thanksgiving, I used one tenderflake and one Co-op brand.. the tenderflake one was dry and not very good at all. the Co-op was alot better...
I think there quality is just going downhill... I'd rather make an abstract looking pie then have pie crust like that...

The last thing I baked was a Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting for Thanksgiving this year. It was my first try at the recipe and it was a total hit after dinner!
