More prayers for Avon!! What next?!!

Avon's hubby underwent emergency surgery yesterday for an appendicitis attack...I haven't heard from her today, but I'm praying it all went well and that he's home safe and sound, recovering.

Big prayers requested for whatever black cloud is hanging around them to disappear, and that her hubby is well on the road to recovery!!!

when I had my appendix out I was in the hospital from June 17th until Aug 9, on June 16th day after my birthday (i was in grade 6 and just got a new 10-speed bike) I was having lots of pain and dr said it was stomach flu, next day pain was so bad went to drs again and was immediately sent to hospital which was down the street a few blocks, I was in so much pain I was walking with my forehead touching my knees, my mom was told if I had of been 10 mins more arriving that I would not of made it, so I know what it's like having appendix attack and hope your DH does not go through what I did, prayers for him for a speedy recovery

oh m goodness that isn't fun had then when I was 12 if wasn't for my dad being presistant I may not be here!!! Poor avon hope she finds the rainbow soon and gets blessed like she deserves. In my thoughts and prayers!

Well folks, THANKS VERY MUCH! for all your support! My husband was discharged yesterday 3 hours before the funeral. I didn't even know he was coming home - but he's a trouper - he settled himself on the chair and I surrounded him with phone, water, and then kissed him good-bye until 6 - I could hardly put one foot in front of the other, I was so tired. He has been not bad all day today - pain bearable - the nurse came and took his blood pressure which was a little high! - I wonder why?? But he's settled in bed making sleeping noises and I think I'll have to sleep on the couch just to give him enough room to rest.
The interment is tomorrow as my mum was cremated and my brother and his family will come back for that - dh is making small "questions" like - "How long will the service be?" I think he might try coming. - Only if he can walk a lot more easily than he could today. - He says he's a "fast healer."
