    I baked banana chocolate chip muffins on Saturday. Baking powder biscuits on Sunday. Lazy man cabbage rolls on Tuesday.

    Tomorrow I plan on baking lemon cupcakes for Saturday's housing symposium. My dh and I are the main organizers of the event. The weather is working against us this week and the roads are bad, so we are hoping that we still have a good turnout and that all of our guest speakers will make it.

    I just made some cranberry-bran muffins last night....finally.....now I'm motivated to do some more baking, I think I'll try 2 new muffin recipes, a new granola recipe, and maybe make some carrot cookies!

    Yesterday I baked an apple pie. I also baked a pear and turned it into baby food when I pureed it with avocado. LO really liked it.

    We baked a nice bone in ham today. We have no Easter plans. Just staying home with our little family. Trying to recover from this nasty cold.
