OMG way to go! I have a very sendentary job as well. Stuck to a desk most of the time, and then just too wiped out when I get home to do anything. Thanks for page and the motivation, def gonna join my fellow SCers over there. I am going to be a youngish gramma soon and want to be able to keep with the little one. Not that old and feel pooped all the time.

So wonderful! I wonder lots about the emotional everything which had to go with this loss as well - for yourself, your siblings/parents, friends, husband, etc.

Is there a way this can be in the Health section so it will be easier to find and follow?

I have to say, it was quite emotional in the end - although the most emotional time for me was when I came across the picture I posted in beginning of this thread. Being obese, I never wanted my picture taken - and as you can tell from this picture - I didnt want that one took either!! lol

It wsnt until I had lost most of the weight that I actually came across this picture - it really put things into perspective for me!! I never realized just how big I was. Like many overweight people, I was in denial about just how big I was. Oh course the feelings I had over finally being able to catch up with my daughter was just overwhelming!! Its a great feeling knowing I am adding to her life rather than taking from it!!

You look great! I have also lost 100 pounds over the last two years. I am not happy that I put about 14 pounds back on this year but I am starting to get back on track again. There is no going back to the unhealthy person I used to be!

all I can say is beauty is skin deep but when ya don't feel pretty on the inside it's hard to feel pretty on the outside... I have a 4 year old son and there are days I just want to sit on the couch your story touched me cause i don't want to be that mom ...My goal is 30lbs by april next year....see ya on your page and by the way you look amazing .....
