Oh, Woodwards! We didn't have one where I lived, but I used to go there when I'd visit my sister in Edmonton. Got some great things there when they were clearing out to become a Bay, I think...

Was also lucky enough to be in Saskatoon when K-Mart closed - gosh, I miss that store! Got quite a haul from their clearance, which was wonderful, because we sure didn't have much at that time.

I went yesterday and redeemed for a area rug for my bedroom. It was on clearance for 49.97, plus 40% off clearance rugs THEN the 50% off that. Glad I went yesterday!

I did have problems at first... At the first zellers I visited they wouldn't honor the coupon on the b1g1 pillows. The cashier argued with me and said I couldn't have both. I had already waited 15 minutes in line so I just drove to another nearby zellers where I found the rug.

So I went today, used the coupon for the first time (I couldn't go earlier in the week, so wish I did), but anyway, bought Materna..that stuff hardly goes on sale, so with the 50% coupon and $3 off any Centrum came to $7..not bad at all.

What's the difference between an original and not original coupon? I'm quite confused to be honest with y'all...



The original says it can be combined with a sale item and the new says it can only be used on regular priced items. I wasnt planning on using the coupon on a sale item tonight i saw it on here that it has changed and i saw the notes posted everywhere in Zellers but i still neded baby wipes and a outfit for a baby shower. But when i was in line paying the cashier and manager was explaining to the people in front of me that if the coupon still read it can be used with a sales item they were honoring them.

How can they call it a misprint with a straight corporate face?

A misprint is when they put Tylenol 100 count @ $5.99 and it's Tylenol 80 count @ $5.99, not when they say something completely contradictory using completely different words.

Hmmm ... wait a minute I got it!

CANNOT be combined with our great flyer deals! (we put the exclamation mark there so there would be no confusion that you could actually use it on sale items, and since we - as Zellers - are happy about this fact, we thought the exclamation was appropriate).

Okay I can't keep reading about the deals people are getting and not go despite my long time hatred of zellers I'm heading there in the morning with my mom and brother. Can't believe some of the amazing deals you guys are getting.

I got the original on my desktop. Therefore, I can still use it on already reduced item
