Sending good thoughts and prayers your way. A friend of mine had this surgery done about a year ago. She has been very strict with herself and made sure to go directly to the bypass doctor when things seemed Unwell. She's fine and has lost 15 inches from around her waist, she tells me. She says that thinking positively about her outcome has made all the difference. Best of luck!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the surgery went great! Mom is awake and in recovery now. She's in a lot of pain but that's to be expected.

Thank you to everyone that sent prayers and good thoughts- every little bit helps and you all helped Mom make it through today. I love my SC family, you guys are truly amazing!
