Yep cast iron is heavy! That is why the other sinks are still not in place. And why the double sink is actually backwards and will stay that way for awile. I cant lift even the little sink so have to wait for help to place them. oh yay. the son was here and I got him to move the small sink. We found the stand its on, on a boulevard. Ill post a pic later.
The most serious gardening I do would seem very strange to an onlooker, for it involves hours of walking round in circles, apparently doing nothing." --Helen Dillon

Lovely pics. I live in an apartment building. I would love to have a garden but it's just not possible here. So nice though.

My catalpa tree is absolutely nuts this year.. the branches are drooping from the weight of all the flowers. Now my grass looks like it did in January.

Wow, hicks! B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L. Thanks for sharing. (I would post a photo of my dandelion, but I think the wasps ate it.)

Love those pics.
went out to take pics of our gardens. out of nowhere it started to pour. guess it'll have to wait.
on the bright side. the rose bush that my son gave me for mothers day that had a little white fur on some leaves, and three dead buds on it..
has taken to life and now has 6 new blooms ready to flower. one rose is already blooming. the darn thing is nearly 4 times the size it was in May.
I think i might bring it inside when it gets a little bigger to add some color to my living room. its an inside bush anyway.Be Strong

Simple as that!

Yes, we had the downpour after 6pm here in Hamilton too. Nice couple of lightning strikes.
Mom's orange nasturium has a couple of blooms, some tall plants that I mistook for weeds (as I pulled some out due to their spread and height) have white flowers with thin petals, and some purply-red peonies. The tiny rose bush that never seemed to get sun is thriving this year (tree got trimmed) due to banana peel feed in April/May, with three pink rose buds to show for the change!2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
