Sibling decided to take two days off to "mind Dad." Ha ha-he's barely doing anything (he finally put the BBQ away!)and he's not taken Dad to the bank either.
Sometimes I want to be the man who just loafs too and does barely anything and expect others to do stuff.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

When Dad acts like he can ask for whatever he wants at whatever hour and really expects to make it so (using other people's energy). Like after midnight...
He so needs disciplining, but the concept of a regular schedule and minding his loud speech and noise not to disturb others just fails to register with him. I do have the pitchfork ready...now where can I sharpen the tines?2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

It was bound to happen I guess....DD brought the cold home 2 weeks ago, DS took it from her within a few days, DH joined those two in some sick kind of support. The sniffling and sneezing brigade.
Last night I got it!!!
Thanks a lot!!
If I thought my 2 cats could entertain me the way this cat did I'd pass the cold onto them!!

how about this for a first world problem..
2ft of snow falls.. the town shuts down for 2 days and schools shut for 3 days.. add to that the friday is a Pro-D day, so kids only went to school for 1 day this week!(add to that the monday is family day!).. this city can't handle it's snow fall!
PS i got my gummy bears! mmm gummy bears! When life hands you Edward Cullen...throw him back and demand Eric Northman....

I know its not even March yet but WHERE IS SPRING? I am so over this frigid winter already. It's been loooooooong and cold and now when I hear on the radio that our daytime HIGH is LOWER than what our normal low is supposed to be this time of year I'm just... UGH!!!!!
But that's Global warming for ya. Sigh.

OK, it does not matter if I attempt an HBC order as account person or guest, no matter that my gift card covers an order balance, the system won't budge on the order if I don't enter a card payment option with details. Considering my debit card is on lockdown, and I've tried a few times to order (however I was able to do a registry gift order by gift card somehow), I'll have to go the mall and see what Home Outfitters on clearance or the Bay stores have on the racks. I'm so over trying to order a certain online only top.
Good thing I am not far from the mall, but this morning I was close enough I could have walked over. OK, thanks for the vent post!2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Had to buy a new set of exercise pants because the elastic in my current pair broke, leaving me to hold them up with one hand until the exercises were done. Happily, it was only a few minutes.
