Ain't it the truth!!! When I go shopping with dh, if I stop to look at something - he's GONE and then I spend the rest of the time trying to catch up with him. I like shopping BY MYSELF!

Good morning!!!
Well, I had my pre-op meeting yesterday...3 1/2hrs, mostly wait time!! So I'm all set for my
operation next Friday....no one will ever be able to say that I have "a couple of screws loose"
anyMORE! Hah!!
I'm not really looking forward to it, truth be told...I don't like all the preparations that go on,
like the waiting, getting on the guerney, being wheeled in, strapped down.......but otoh, I
hope it'll all be worth it. My goal is to walk at Christmas without any assistance...fingers crossed!
I also don't like that our DD is out of town at a conference in Ottawa when I'm going under the
knife...not that she'd be able to be there, well, maybe, if she took the day off, but I just somehow
feel better when she's around...

Good morning!

I stupidly fell asleep for an hour in the evening, listening to the radio and resting my back.
So, I've been up all night, and now have to wait to go to bed until it's time to wake up my husband, or else he'll get up way too early.... gah!
