Yesterday, I got hit with a tummy bug, which my husband had Sunday.
It turned my day/night upside down, and I was very sick of visiting the can...

Slept off and on in the evening, so I was up overnight.
Feeling better now, though it's not all gone.
Geez, you think I could have cut a break after having the flu all last week, but no... we must test her ONE more time, gah!

I do feel rather beat down, but hopefully I'm okay today.

Whew, done. Six gorgeous red cotton napkins for Valentine's Day dinner! I love sewing with quilting cotton, the fabric does exactly what I want it to do...all made, ironed and folded. I found my white linen damask tablecloth...it does have what looks like a coffee stain on it, but that just gives it some character and likely it won't be noticed when the table is all set.
I LOVE to entertain and I feel I can finally do a little of that again...

I guess you're all home from work now...good stuff! Enjoy a nice, quiet evening!!!

Hi, Luv!! Meh...I'm back to using my walker again...a slight step backwards (not literally thank goodness!), but I'll be moseying along, trying to get my strength back in that leg...it's been 9 months...and I'm getting antsy to walk again.
And how are you, Hon? Gosh, so much snow....we got a flicker last night but the other day I put my cane into the white crap on our deck (it sits on the ground), and it barely registered a foot deep! We've been so fortunate this year.

Lynn, sorry to hear you're back to using the walker, hoping you'll be on your own 2 feet soon, baby steps as they say.
I'm good, just busy, which doesn't leave me much time for SC, but I'm on when I can.

we had such a nice sunny day yesterday, it almost felt like spring.
hope it's going to be nice this long weekend!

Tummy bug is gone, but my day/night are bass-ackwards.
Last I slept was yesterday afternoon for just over an hour, and now I've been up all night.
It's just Crazy!

@Lynn49 . I hope you feel better soon. And i was wondering if you upload a few pictures of your arts can i buy any of those paintings if you are within my budget range? I would love to have a real oil painting in my living room but these real paintings are soooo expensive..... and we don't get any shoppers optimum points for shopping outside sdm. Lol

My hubby is coming back home after been away for one week because of his job. Happy for that! But my son got very sick (cough/sneezing/fever/flu) 2 days ago. Hope he feels better soon. Kids are very very looking forward to jumping on their dad and hugging/kissing him after one week. And don't ask about me, all you married girls/women know what's going to happen when he comes back!
