It's wonderful to be able to see again DP... My father in law is legally blind, and he went for cataracts, and one lens had fallen... They pulled it up sewed it there, and he could actually see a bit again.. He will never see perfectly... I was amazed shortly after that, he dropped a piece of paper, bent over and picked it up... Seeing is everything DP... We don't realize how important each thing we have till we lose it.. or something happens... Same as my leg... God Bless YOU DP...

Walks, I am heading out today as well, but not 'til later. I will be heading west, how about you?
I've got to get up as the nurse is coming and the dog needs walking and it's raining, which is not encouraging me to leap out of bed.

It's raining, but look on the bright side, it's Friday.
Avon - I walk Jake 1st thing every morning, but today I procrastinated because of the rain. I guess he got desperate, 'cause he actually went in the back yard. Unusual.
DP - hopefully, it'll get better & better every day.
RNC - I hope your physio goes well today. Fingers Crossed.

Well here we are, an hour at physio... Very sore now, but I didn't use the wheelchair to go from truck to the physio department in the hospital, I walk in with crutches... Did a bunch of new exercises and to do at home. Next appointment is next Tuesday & Friday.....

Hello!!

Back from a lovely lunch, Grandson coming over for dinner and a sleep-over since our DD and her DH have a get-together tonight..should be fun! I picked up a "haunted house" kit thingy to put together with him tonight...1/2price at Michaels!
Then movie and popcorn night here, then bed-time. He's so easy to have around..

But OMGoodness it's cold out there! It's 5, feels like 1, but I think it feels more like -30, there's such a wind out there. I see many of you down south (yes, @walkonby , that's you, too ) are getting some torrential rains, and more towards the east coast. They've sure had some bad weather there this month.

Well.....moving right along...I hope everyone is staying warm and dry and having a "hot chocolate" kind-of day!!

Good Morning, Woke with pain in the knee, and forgot to put my pain meds besides the bed, so here I am, waiting for the coffee to brew. Probably a good day of any to start my complaint letter to the hospital. Not a lot planned today, suppose to be a high of 5, and rain, with a possibility of a few snow showers... Not ready for that white stuff yet at all... Well, kids, I hope YOU all have a wonderful day... God Bless YOU all.
