Abby, aw, it sucks you have asthma, but I guess it's good to have an answer. What was the MRI for?

Well, we had 'flurries' predicted here for the morning - but gee, now it's ramped up to a 'snowstorm warning' by the end of the day and overnight up to six inches of snow - wow!

Thanks everyone for the kind words... I'm so done with letting things bring me down. There has to be a positive angle and I'm on a mission to find it!!! I can't control what other people do or the things that happen to me but I can darn well control how I respond to them!

sorry Abby why do you need a spinal tap?
I had one ... well ... it was SUPPOSED to be one ... it ended up being FOUR because the doctor couldn't get it in for the life of him and had to call in a 2nd doctor to help.

Side effect of a spinal tap is a migraine.
After 4 they had to admit me the next day bc I couldn't even hold my head up

I've been lucky and I've never needed any kind of test like that... I hope I never do!!

Good for you! My ex got in $1500 in the hole with FRO and they took away his license on many occasions and some how the cops knew when he was driving

ah yes ... i had it done after arriving at the hospital with a sudden migraine that went from nothing to searing searing pain in about 2 seconds flat. Lovely that the test's side effect is the same reason FOR the test.

I hope they can answer a lot of your questions and put your mind at ease.
