Tall, rich and sexy are easy enough to find...question is would you want to live with one? I personally wouldn't. I've met them: no one is more wonderful than they are, and they want everyone to know it. They adore being adored, not only by the person they're married/engaged to/dating, but by every other woman in the room! NOT husband material. Fun, yes. Hubby? No.

High standards result in a higher quality of man (not the above qualities)...the kind of qualities that will make you feel like you're the most important person in their world, an equal partner, not to mention adored...

I posted this some time ago, but thought I'd post it again...I really love it....

Thanks Lynn! i was kidding about those qualities... I know *that* guy, and as fun as he is to look at (and occasionally dream about hehe) he would never make good bf material.

I have a friend who has an amazing husband... he's good looking, sweet, considerate, generous, amazing with their kids, friendly, compassionate, etc. and she treats him like a pile of dirt I want to shake her sometimes. She doesn't realize how good she has it.

I'm in no rush, I'm in a place where I've accepted the single life and I quite enjoy it most of the time. When I find him (or he finds me) it will be when the time is right. Another friend of mine fights with her bf all the time and there's SO much drama all the time... I really don't miss that!

I haven't been to a wedding in ages! Most of my friends are either already married or not planning on getting married any time soon so I doubt it will happen for awhile lol.

I wanna be mushy with someone... I think I'm gonna change my online dating profile to read:
-must have a drivers license
-must be employed
-must not want to *ahem* on the first date
-must not live with his mom (I'm one to talk haha)
-must have a sense of humor (this one guy I went out with claimed he had a fabulous sense of humor... he was the most boring person I've ever met!)
-must not still be in love with ex-wife
-never been in jail
-etc. etc.

And yes, I've encountered every one of the above

don't you worry Sheets. when your LEAST expecting it the right one will come along.. literally. I was SO NOT looking for anyone the night i met my husband besides a FEMALE friend that basically 'ditched' me after getting a drink and promising to meet me outside at the dance floor.. i went out to look for her.. and couldn't find her. theres my husband in a TUX leaning against a post. says 'are you looking for someone'.. hell ya YOU!. honestly you can ask him true story. he's not no 'prince charming' to many. but he's mine
