Just about done my holiday shopping! Only a couple more gifts and I'll be done.
Bought my parents a coffee machine on clearance for $30, regularly $90! A Hamilton Beach one that has the pot and the single serve chamber, and uses the paper filters. EVERYTHING they wanted, for such a good price, and a 5 year warranty! I've seen it on good clearance quite a few places

Giving my sister some Revlon nail stickers I got as a sample in the mail.
BF's sister's gift basket is coming together fairly quickly. I have facial wash, 2 bodywashes, chapstick, and an all-included cake mix kit (2 colors of mix, and frosting. Clearance at Target for 69 cents, down from $7!) and Rocco's Healing Balm, found at Rexall for 3.97 down from $17. You can use it on wounds and burns and rashes and irritation all over your body, but it's supposed to work great on tattooed skin and other body mods, which she has a couple of.
I started wrapping last night, thank goodness I did because it gets tiring when you try to make it look snazzy. I wonder how I'll manage to wrap that fridge.... D:

Oh, and for those who have Shaw cable, (with the digital box) there are at least 2 christmas music channels up in the Galaxie lineup! No Yule Log yet, though.

I started wrapping some gifts yesterday. Mood ruined for it though by discovering someone had gone into our shed and helped themselves to ALL the gift wrap i had stored (5 rolls, xmas cards, tape, tissue paper, gift bags and all the gift labels - i had enough for the next 2 years) I searched the shed i emptied our closets and searched our bedroom to no avail. so frustrating because i know what i had and i know after searching that its gone - its hard to miss that much brightly colored paper when you empty spaces out.

WTF! I bet the jerk who stole your wrapping paper has a furry green face and a dejected pup named Max. Who else could do something like that?!
Today I accidentally Christmas shopped a bunch more. I thought I was nearly done!
Got 6 Almay eyeliners at work that were marked down to $4.99 less my staff discount, ($1 off ea) and then used a store coupon for $7 off 2! 50c apiece! Keeping 2 for myself because I need them, 2 for BF's sister (I am spoiling her, jeebs) and 2 for my sister.
Then I got some Nivea lotion on clearance (old packaging) for $3, free with coupon. 3 Men's 400ml lotions for BF's stocking! He gets crispy in the winter so he'll be happy.
Also bought him 2 Nivea Men bodywashes.
Now it's just little gifts for my parents and one or two things for my sister and I'm done.

Love this website! It has whatever you're in the mood for. I love the "Christmas is for the kids" station, it has tunes from all of the holiday specials of TV shows and TV specials.

got the information for the family we are going to sponsor this year for christmas. mom and boy age 7 and girl age 5. fits perfectly with the things i have been buying throughout the year when i see an amazing deal. do you think it is okay to give boy a monopoly game... he is 7 and says for 8+.? i figure he can grow into it. also have operation i bought last year in USA for $1.99, along with chutes and ladders, candyman all for $1.99, plus some spiderman toys, which thankfully are on his list. yahoo. as for the girl, she wants a tutu...not really sure what that means..I am assuming it is one of the net skirts i have seen around? have to get shopping and wrapping...and a bit os baking too! will post pictures when we are done.

I think an 8+ game would be fine for him. There are ways to make the game less complex when playing with kids.
You can find tutus all over, they basically are just tulle and a ribbon to tie them. You could probably even find them in a dollar store, or if not, in the toy department in places like Walmart.

Thanks for the tips on the Tutu's I saw some at target on clearance but only up to size 5 and I need 6, the larger sized ones were $14.99 which seems ridiculous for what it is and because my clothing budget for each child is $50. Anyways I will keep looking, hopefully someone will have them on sale. Trying to stretch the money as far as possible.

So going to interject here and ask for some help.
I've been looking for christmas/winter themed bed sheets for several years now and this year is seeming to be my christmas/winter decorations expanded year in which I am buying so much more stuff. Anyways, so I can't find bed sheets!!! Anyone have any ideas? Looked in Walmart, Bed bath and beyond, online on ebay, target, amazon, nothing! Its all either seriously over priced or its just stupid snowflakes. I mean snowflakes will do if nothing else but I'd like something a bit more you know?
If it makes any difference they have to be King sized.

Dh gave me a small request for Christmas this morning. He wants one of those little zippered nail kits (with toe nail clippers and regular clippers in them). I think they will be at WM this holiday season. Do you think so? We don't have many places to shop in Estevan. If I have time, I could try to find it in Regina next week if anyone has suggestions where I could find these.
