Down 4. Selling house. Feeling stress. Hoping I can keep 2 of that off next week. Although I may not have much of an appetite until the house sells. Because if it doesn't I will own 2 homes in 90 days. Lots of walk through so far so that is a good sign.

Total loss since Jan. 30, 2014 up to this am, Feb. 28,2014 = 10.4lbs yippee over the moon, have sold lots of the clothes that no longer fit, taking that cash to my me some new to me clothing

side note here, I went to WM this a.m. in desperation and bought marked down ( to $3.00 ) cheapo tops in sizes with the numbers in front of the XL, if ya get my drift?? and some bigger stretch pants since gaining horribly since retirement.
All in this household have put weight on since December except for DH!!
We are no longer talking to him the carrot cake saboteur! lol
Keep up your wonderful progress.....DD and I high fived today and promised each other to start a juice cleanse this w/e.
I blame part of this on the bitter winter.

I have no idea where I am. I've been in a lot of pain this past week resulting from a cracked wisdom tooth and have been living on pain killers. I had it removed under general sedation at my dentist's office on Friday and omg, I was treated with such gentle care by everyone there...the anesthetist was wonderful. I've been on pain pills since then but only moderately today since there's only a little residual pain. I also had a root canal done on a molar that had to have the crown removed to get at it...sigh...but thank heavens it all got done at one time! AND before Disneyland!

I'll weigh in on Monday at HM, but since I've only been slurping food for about a week, I have no idea where I am....will report on my progress or lack there-of on Monday.

Patty, Walks, this weather really has been a challenge, hasn't it? It's been too cold to walk Jenny, and I'm too catatonic when it's that cold out and don't want to move out of the house! I hope this changes soon and the weather improves for everyone!

For now....just dream along with me....

Aches and pains in my thighs and shoulders and from time to time discomfort on both sides of my stomach. It's been a struggle getting out of bed the past few days. I'm not feeling too bad right now though.

Sorry I missed your reply, Curt, I've been 'out of it' this past week...I'm glad you're feeling better and I hope it continues for you. With losing that weight, those aches and pains will one day be just a memory for you, and thank heavens you're doing this when you're young and can bounce back from those! Can you imagine how you would be feeling 5 years down the road ifi you had done nothing? Good for YOU for choosing health, Curt!!

I went to my weigh-in today, and I'm down 2.6 lbs for the week. I'm back on my diet today after spending a week on soups, smoothies, yogurts and diet lemon pudding cups. I didn't journal at all last week, so I'm back on that track today, also.

Spring break this week
