    Ditto to the above comments - Loblaws cashiers are by far the best with coupons (IMO).
    I will need to make a note to take down some names next time I'm in store and send in positive feedback
    It's so easy to rant, but we also need to acknowledge good work!

    On Jan. 29 in RCSS, the cashier had just finishing scanning my large order and asked me if I wanted her to check my points, OK'd, then said I could redeem 50,000, which I OK'd, and momentarily later the cash register computer crashed... she had to call over a superior from CS who finally got it working again. I paid and left store. I noticed that the redemption amount of $50 was not taken off the bill, but not a big deal as I would use it next time. When I got home, I logged into my PCPlus account and was horrified to see 50,000 pts were redeemed that transaction but nothing of mention on the bill. I immediately initiated an online points inquiry, and it is still unresolved. I've scanned and sent them my receipt. I've talked to in-store staff who acknowledge the problem and have informed the points program of the error, but it takes forever to get resolved. I've called in at least 4 times, at least eventually they've given me 5,000 pts as a goodwill gesture and to shut me up for a while, but this was a week ago and still no word. The customer service for this loyalty program is truly pathetic!

    BTW looks like they still haven't finished their "investigation" into my account. i replied to them and did all their work for them but they still didn't bother replying to me. Can't afford to wait on hold during busiest 3 weeks of the year for me

    Whoooo hooooo..I got the Joe Fresh one too!!. I'm not sure if its a coincidence or not, but i purposely bought a tshirt on clearance for 4.00 last week in hopes I would get a Joe Fresh offer. Either way, I will be buying lots as I need clothes and so do my 2 DS's. Pumped
