Balls!!! I had this plan to do a really great $40 produce shop, so me and Dh went to loblaws...he said "dont worry, i will keep a tally" so i did my thing, picked out my fruits and veg and then my adhd dh wandered off to the bakery! He came back with armfuls of bread then said "ok we are at 40"....
we check out and i see i only got half the points i was expecting! I tally up my produce and realize i only had 38!! damn dh!!!!!! he spent over 40 in the damn bakery though on stupid cheesy bread!!!!! Lmao!!!

Boring offers for me this week
I'm tired of the 200pts/$1 spent- they'll need to throw me more than 20 cents to get me to buy certain things.
200/$1 onions, broccoli, apples, bananas
200/$1 nuts or dried fruit from the produce dept
400 cucumber
600 casa mendosa tortillas
800 liberte kefir
500 kiju juice
400 rizopia rice pasta
600 Nordica cottage cheese
200/$1 deli cheese
800/$4 bob's red mill hot cereal

Their phone line was taking too long to pickup so I emailed them about my missing points. They said I "may" have tried to use the offer more than once.
If they had BOTHERED to look in my actual transaction history they could see that I only went shopping ONCE this week!?!?!?!?
This is the worst run loyalty program I have ever seen. How is this happening?! I have never been more frustrated with any customer service experience, ever in my 31 years on this planet.Last edited by torontogal12; Fri, Feb 28th, 2014 at 03:52 PM.
Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

well I got the same offers that I have gotten all along, ( similar to tccl21's 200pts/$1 spent ) So no PM-ing at RCSS for any PC points till they give me an offer I can't refuse. ( lol)

I had the 3000 and 5000 for $20 in produce. Spent about $25 on produce plus a few other items and got 10600 points.
The points were calculated on the receipt below each item. I also had offers for buy tomatoe get 200 per $1.00 etc.
For Mangos I got 7 @ .87 = 6.09
700 points (100 ea)
1200 points (200 per $1)
plus 1667
plus 1000
I think they took the percentage of this for each of the spend $20 offers and divided it for all produce.
Even the cashier was impressed. I was just surprised it worked.

I never have to wait long when I call (all 2 times that I've had to)... I feel like they have a special torontogal ring so that they can avoid answering you! Bizarre how many issues you can have when so many other people have none

Nothing good for me this week. I got mangoes and pears again but if anybody saw my brag yesterday you'd know I won't be needing any of those for a bit. Only intriguing offer was 2000 for Bick's pickles which would be great to do with a PM for Food Basics ($2.99) but I'm not driving all the way out to RCSS for a jar of pickles.

Finally! I got through and the customer service girl was the nicest person ever. She said she hears complaints similar to mine all the time and even some employees have the same problems with their own cards!
Everything is sorted and she was mega mega nice.
I am still going to avoid PC now unless I have to go, but I am glad I talked to her because I don't feel like I am alone anymore.Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

Most of the offers I got aren't useful, but there are a couple good ones 200 pts every $1 spent on poultry, 200 pts every $1 spent on beef, 500 pts on watermelon

My offers for the past month are repeating themselves week after week. Starting to become annoying. However I did receive some potentially awesome meat offers...
200/$1 on fresh beef
200/$1 fresh pork
5,000/$35 in fresh meat
So if I purchased $35 in beef and pork I could receive 12,000 points.
The unfortunate part about this is that I don't buy meat.
LOL.

i got crappy offers this week too. Very frustrating, I shop there every week and I hardly ever get any bonus offers. My mom who rarely shops there got both produce bonus offers and the joe fresh offer last week, which I have a copy of her card so I used the offers and she didn't but still. She got some good offers again this week so I may have to use them again but still I want the points on my card. Maybe I am holding on to too many points and that is why I am not getting very good offers lately? Anyone else with lots of points getting crappy offers?

I have 400,000 on my P/C plus M/C that I have pc plus linked too and received good point offers this week. Don't think they punish you for having lots of points. They just want our money anyway they can get it.
