But what could I do next time to said no and you are illegal to ask me that...Ok you dont want to loose money and etc..but you have no right to do that...and you will have the money for each month...I am glad to notified with a reason all my cheques lol

I have a bunch that I got from my dental hygenist which are expiring the end of June.
$1.50 any ProNamel toothpaste.

I do not ever give out post dated cheques. Legally there is no such thing as a post dated cheque anyways as it is really cash on demand.

Blech to another grey day! time to get out and do the food shopping before it gets crazy out there. Already taken DH for his bloodwork. He's been putting it off for 2 months so I had to kick him in the butt to go and do it!

Then it's carpet cleaning time. I know you're all so jealous of my high flying life. Try not to be please. :D

Blech to another grey day! time to get out and do the food shopping before it gets crazy out there. Already taken DH for his bloodwork. He's been putting it off for 2 months so I had to kick him in the butt to go and do it!

Very jealous! lol Wishing I could be at home cleaning and puttering And being really loud so I wake my son and his friend that decided to bake pilsbury cookies at 11pm last night and make me smell them in bed!!!

Our landlord asked for first and last month's rent, which I gave in the form of postdated cheques. He deposited them in an ATM weeks before the actual date on the cheque. I thought that was the entire point of a postdated cheque, that they couldn't be cashed before the date. On our bank's website, it also states that clearly.

When I called the bank and pointed it out to them, they said they had no control over ATM machines, so if someone deposits a postdated cheque that way, it wouldn't be caught. I pointed out that it was specifically stated on their website. They only replied that the website needed to be updated. At the time, we were paying for our wedding also, so two large amounts took me a hairline away from the minimum. I was soooo unimpressed..... I guess there is no point in postdating cheques, though I do wonder who pays for the NSF fee if it's cashed early.

DH and I had a lazy night last night. Still feeling overwhelmed and stressed and working on basement renos was the last thing I wanted to do. Did absolutely nothing productive except organize a few coupons.

Woke up to another grey day, so depressing.

No Internet at work or any of the other 4 law offices in this town as we are all on Rogers. Called Rogers and there is a problem in the area, estimated time 3 hours and 45 minutes to fix. I have a tight deadline for 1 pm and don't have access to the documents as my boss sent them overnight by email and they haven't gone through as there is no Internet... Somehow this is somehow my fault now...

I can't win.

This week will be busy, but really hard to plan as well. For the second week in a row, we didn't get our flyers. The thing that's most annoying is there was a local freebie if only I had the flyer. I'm also missing all the coupon inserts as well. Sigh.

I called the circulation department of our newspaper, and they said I could come and pick up a copy, with no inserts. It also closes before I can get there, being half an hour away (one way). Grrrr.....
