My cat sitter came over, made me a nice bubble bath, worked on my feet and put some kind of vapor cloth over my face and added salts and other weird stuff to my bath. Then she made my bed with fresh out of the dryer sheets so I could take a long nap, got a nice back rub and even took all the cats away so they would not interrupt my sleep.

Had a strawberry smoothie and cut apples waiting for me when I woke up!!

WOW! I love being sick. I guess this is what it's like being married. Yahoo!!
I am absolutely jealous, can I borrow her some day? LOL.

You bet! She is a cat whisperer to, so if you have bad cats, she can help!

I'm sorry your going through this. It's sad when the victims/survivors of abuse rights or needs are ignored, down graded. Why should the abuser receive better rights?! I hope things improve for you. Besides family do you have other supports? Agency that can help? Nobody deserves to be abused.

This is the reason I never liked math. The teachers were useless and my parents couldn't help me because they were never taught the stuff either

So I married a math whiz!

And you know how they say you use that math in your daily life... I don't know anyone who has or they'd be able to help their own kids with it because it would be fresh in their minds with the "daily" use.

With calculators and stuff now, they should be teaching kids computer math so they can learn how to program (that's a true life skill nowadays)

I take cereal to work with me some mornings and eat at my desk.
Well, getting it ready at home this morning I shook the almond milk container...but forgot to put my finger on the spout lid...almond. milk. everywhere.
I get to work eventually and go to pour my milk in my cereal. Get half of it in, set the container down for some reason and as I was pulling my hand away, it caught the lip, spilt all over my desk and some into my keyboard. sigh.
The milk is only in the "F4 and F8" rows so at least its contained.
Try to take the keys off to get at the milk and the F8 key goes flying. Noooo idea where.
Spent the last 15 minutes looking every possible place for it. I even looked in the plants!
Well it must have played Pilinko under my desk because it was behind the computer...
That's my morning so far. sigh.

    But at least it's Friday!!

now what else can I spill?? any bets on my coffee? lol

I was supposed to go out with a coworker tonight and then go to another function later. No time to go home in between so I hauled a huge item on the subway for function #2. Through Union Station. In rush hour.

Get to work, coworker cancels. Which means I hauled it all the way to work for nothing and now have to kill 3 hours in between work ending. Had I known I would've left huge item at home and gone to get it after work.

She's very apologetic, but argh at my luck

Some idiots drove into my driveway, backed out and left. Then they came back, drove up to the house and starting honking for me to come out to them! Screw you morons! I let my Irish wolfhound out after them. Shortly thereafter, they retreated quickly. I might gone to see what they wanted but to start honking at me? That just pushed the B**CH Button really fast!

let my kid pick out pumpkins today.. ask her how many she wants (i like to let her make occasional choices) she said 2.. ok.. get to the store.. she picks out the two biggest that she can find.. ohh gee! who gets to carry them up the stairs.. ME! who gets the carve them.. ME! there goes another 2+hrs of my life.. probably in the middle of the night.. she's been informed that SHE has to clean them out.. now if that actually happens i'll be surprised (i have a feeling she'll give up after 15 min saying it feels too yucky and cold)
