Sure feels like it . I feel like some of their marketing people jumped ship and went over to do the pc points offers (which I am enjoying much more lately).
I miss the great Shoppers personal weekly offers we used to get.

Well, they did come on my iphone, but no big coupon, just 6 smaller ones.
Better than nothing, they all add up.

I am really really jealous of those who are getting small personal offer for softsoap. All week i have been secretly praying to get an offer for softsoap (because sdm keeps sending me softsoap offer usually) but they decided to stop giving me this offer for only this week?
