That is about he same size as our house and even maintained it is a big job to do the fall and spring clean. If I had a magic wand I would come for a visit and break out the house cleaning charms!!!Along with my platex gloves and all the magic erasers I could fit in a suit case, you know just in case I don't own a magic wand or know any cleaning charms.

Good Morning,
It is so true that the people that need the help the most are the one who cannot get it. I am mostly going off what I see happens at work I see people struggling to get what they needed even though they are working full time, do overtime. where is others who I know are doing things they should not be seem to get handed everything and more. To be honest the biggest thing I see people do is claim single even when they are a couple so they get more money.
Up and have my day started, laundry is going around, Mom did all the dishes after I went to bed last night which is great as both of us have baking we want/need to do today. I am really hoping to get mom to try some of the healthier recipes I have been making. I know she is really into desserts lately so I found a few recipes I am going to try and see if she will try them, plus it will use up stuff in our fridge that may go bad if we do not use it soon. I also have the dehydrator soaking and will wash it up and get it downstairs. If I have time this afternoon I am going to make bagel chips, I made a test batch a couple weeks ago and left a small portion in a jar to see how they would hold up so to say, tried one last night still super crisp and good to eat. So now I want to make more as these will make a great snack to take to work.
Off to find recipes, hope everyone has a wonderful day.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

A cleaning charm...if only. Aw Thrifty thanks! I have told my DH if I am ever out west again (we flew to BC the year before we started chatting and also before kids) that it would include tea with a friend. You! (I know you are in AB, but we would make a stopover).

You can stop anytime!!! I am making a trek east in the next 6-8 months, something I have been procrastinating about for two years, some how paying $1000.00 for flights to see my ever so dysfunctional family seems like something to avoid but must be done as I have a very not dysfunctional aunt that is turning 90 in January and I need to see her at least one more time. You never know, I'll bring the tea!

Turned out to be a nice day. Laundry all dry from hanging out to dry. Just have to put away. Went to the driving range and then the putting green. Then out to arcade at the beach and ds went for a swim. Have a chicken in the rotisserie outside cooking. DEAL. Went to Superstore this morning and found whole chickens for $1.76 LB. Thought that was a great deal so bought 8! Triple wrapped 7 for the freezer.
So chicken and mashed potatoes and salad is dinner.

Good Morning Everyone,
Rainy Monday morning and back to work. I am already counting down to next weekend, so looking forward to the long weekend.
Yesterday so did not go as planned, laundry went well got all laundry done plus my bedding which was great. I than went to go some baking for the week only to discover that my stash of apple sauce was pretty much gone and almost every recipe I wanted to make had apple sauce in it. Good news was I had some apples I need to use up so I made homemade apple sauce which works great with my trying to remove pre packaged foods from my diet but it really set me back time wise. Needless to say before I knew it it was 7 pm we had not had dinner, my bed had not been remade, the laundry was not folded, my lunch was not made and no produce had been chopped for the week. So from 7 to 9 was a bit insane in my house last night, luckily I was able to pull together a healthy lunch but will definitely need to do some prep tonight.
I need your ladies advice, I may have done something and made an a** of myself. As most of you have seen me and dating well it does not go well, to sum it up I have no issue getting a guy to show interest but to actually get a date is impossible, it seems like the moment we start talking about going out things fall apart he decides he does not like where I live (yeah boonies living), does not like my lifestyle (working for my family and working the hours I do), or they meet someone else (it is always claimed this just happened and they were not looking). I have also found lately when it comes to dating there are no endings, you are talking to someone and they just stop responding and that is how you know they have moved on, text are sent with no response and after about a week or so of sending messages and getting nothing back I assume they have lost interest. Well needless to say there is a guy and again he ended up in my famous holding pattern, we both kept talking about going out but no official plans were ever made and it always seemed to be soon. Well a couple weeks ago we were talking (text) and I fell asleep and than there was nothing, it turned out he went away on business and did not tell me (why men do not tell you these things when you were literally talking the day before I do not know) he came back and we went back to talking and maybe it was just in my head but things seemed off. I was trying to see where things would go but than all of a sudden mid conversation he was gone again. Needless to say over a week went by and nothing from him so last night I sent him a lengthy message pretty much saying I kind of expected more or at least a good bye or something. What can I say I hate silence and I hate open ended ending, well I woke up to a message today telling me he is in hospital and his parents just finally got his phone unlocked which is why no one replied to my previous messages. Am I a complete a**?2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

^ no, you aren't - it was just an odd situation. Hope he's okay!
I will give you the same advice I give others looking - stop relying on text messages and actually talk to people!
Plus, if it doesn't seem right, it probably isn't. A guy who is interested will keep in touch. However, don't hover...

Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!

Ashely, Sorry to say but I call BS on that. Biggest excuse ever. Don't waste your emotions on these guys. It is hard I know, I have been there. You have to meet right away to see if there is a spark/chemistry. Find out what you want to know (things that are important to you and a deal breaker Example, Non-smoker, works, doesn't live in Grandmothers basement) and if you feel that you would be interested in finding out more then arrange to meet right away. (in a public place for a quick hello) If they don't/can't meet then move on. So many players (and married men! (women do it too) looking for an escape that they may just be looking for someone to talk too or may even cross the line. So many Catfish stories it is so sad. You seem like a great girl and don't want to see you get hurt. I know somedays it feels like you will never find your happiness but believe me it will happen. It will happen when you don't expect it. That is what happen to me and man oh man is it wonderful. It's like god was saving him for when I was ready

have to agree with FBM as well.. let this 'fish' go.
It truly is best if you meet the old fashioned way. even if a neutral zone. Coffee shop etc.
when you make eye contact. talk. you'll 'know' or not. no chance of someone leaving mid way through a conversation and you have no idea.
Well its Monday. i'm feeling sore. not sure y. think maybe i slept wrong or something. woke up this morning with the same area hurting. very odd.
once i start moving im good. thankfully.
now im back to struggling to get my ds to ss. man only 5 days left.. he screws this up. OI!Be Strong

Thanks all for your feedback on consolidating LOC into remortgaging the pros and cons.
@ coupon girl stupid bras because of my underarm problems I can't wear them and I can't complain (lol), my girls are still hanging pretty hig
@ Ashley the nerve of your neighbours perhaps your peppers were not taken by squirrels, I would get a sign that says the garden belongs to your address
@ Granger wow huge house = lots of upkeep, I can't keep up with my 980sqcouldn't imagine a house that big I would be terribly lost
@ Lizzie how terrible about the stress of your nieces dog and all that is going on with your family away travelling away without you, your poor mother and her amazing resilience/recovery and everything else
@ Casey (Trish) I read somewhere that you could qualify for ODSP (check out the financial section on SC) some other folks that have austistic children seem to be getting this and some other subsidy you might very well qualify (fingers crossed) and perhaps you already know about this.2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

This wedding weekend ended up being long, stressful, and expensive for all of us. I ended up doing last minute errands for the bridal part...like picking up the bridesmaid's bouquets less than 2hrs before the wedding because the brother of the bride left all of the bouquets with the bride. I ended up with food poisoning last night from the the wedding supper, haven't checked to see how many others got sick from it. Pretty sure the pasta salad was the culprit because dh and LO didn't get sick. I'm glad that I only have one additional child today. I am hoping to have a nap this afternoon when they are both napping. I'm supposed to get paid today for the 10 days that I have cared for this little girl in July. I'm hoping there aren't any issues regarding the pay, the parents aren't very organized. I'll need to pay for my son's childcare spot this week too.
I will finally look at the grocery fliers today. I'm not tutoring any children this week, which I think we will all appreciate the break. It can be taxing on our family when I am tutoring at the public library most nights directly after eating an early supper. Anyway, two of the girls are on holidays. I am providing childcare to the third girl this week, so I'll give her some math help during the day. Her regular person is taking the week off. I was also asked to tutor a little boy, but the mom agrees that I am pretty busy. I told her that I am thinking about taking one day when I don't have daycare kids and take my own son to daycare (since I pay for it anyway). I'll spend that day at the public library and tutor children the entire day, which will free up more time with dh. LO loves his daycare, so I'm sure he'd like to see all the regular kids for a day or two before September.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
