Hi All,
Just came back from a school day trip.
Brought my lunch with me so didn't have to buy lunch.
Looked at everything and said no, too expensive! You know these gift shops try to get you to purchase, but I didn't, and I'm so proud that we went had a great time, and it was only the cost of the trip, and no extra $ we're spent.
Hope everyone is having a great frugal day.
Off to make supper.

I just cleaned up my budget too, updated it and transferred the money on my M/C for stuff bought. I also put $80 on my CC that I will use for a hockey tournament in November. Have it worked out how much for the 2 nights hotel, gas and food (will bring breakfast, snacks and drinks for sure.) Plan on having a credit on the M/C before we go so all the charges are a wash

LO is still asleep for his nap. I took some time to update my trade and wish lists. I also just remembered to update the link on my profile page. Dh will be in Regina all day on Saturday, October 18th for training. LO and I will also go up. I need to get my bridesmaid dress fitting done, so I booked it for the same day because it is also in Regina. The wedding is on Halloween and my dress should be getting in at Thanks Giving. I'm still figuring out who will be able to give me a hand with LO while I am doing my dress fitting, but I still have time for that.

hey girls how would you handle this " I have a neighbour we both are out of work -use to work for same company I like to chat with her but she and her hubby are sooooo noisy"
-last year he asked do you have your mortgage paid off"plus asked personal questions when my mom passed
-when I go out in our car "he wlll yell over 3 houses away -where are you going -going out again-cause that day I went out twice
-it gets annoying-o today i put out the garbage and I go to chat to his wife-then he slilthers out of his garage
-and says to me " I was in the neighbours next door to me backyard-hey why dont you have your shed sided-it will last longer
-well i told him "we dont give a sh**-we are saving are money- I am not usually like that but I am fed up with him asking telling me things that are none of his business

Thank gosh I put that peameal chunk in the slow cooker this morning. As soon as I walked in the door my oldest was bugging for Little Ceasers pizza. Like really bugging. Told him I was making eggs and toast to go with the meat and then he was happy lol. He really liked the peameal cooked that way and so did the youngest! Yeah. Both enjoyed the quick dinner! Dishes are done and drying on counter. Oldest has to finish emptying dishwasher tonight. Having a bit of a break and then I'm back at it.

CouponGirl lol, the fact you suggested he slithers out of the garage says it all. Its none of his business a few smart lines like that should give him the hint.

coupon girl...geez...I say just smile and wave and hurry into the house BUT seriously he needs to mind his business, perhaps jokingly say well aren't you nosy - then laugh and walk away, good luck
