@Natalka YES!! and YES to both of those mini series. My DD has always enjoyed Jennifer Coolidge in pretty much any role, so her character in White Lotus was one to savour!
Presently I am engaged in a few things.....Season 2 of a British Dark Comedy called Back To Life.
I discovered another series late, but seem glued to each episode. It's called Work In Progress.
Five Bedrooms is still on my watch list, can never get enough of those Aussie accents!

Starting watching the new Mini-Series Dr Death, the style of the show and the way it is filmed and presented reminds me a lot of the Netflix Series Dirty John (which I have walked both seasons of). It does pull you in just wish it was on streaming not cable so I could binge-watch it vs waiting for a new episode each week, I have no patients LOL, I have been spoiled by Netflix and Prime were I can binge watch.

@SassyAshley I agree, it's a good series but the wait each week for a new episode is like pulling teeth!

this is why I usually don’t like watching current shows. I have a small list of less than 10 shows that I watch on a weekly basis (4 of them are walking dead related… the 3 walking dead shows and the talking dead.) other than that I prefer to binge watch a show after at least the first full season is over. I’m currently watching season 3 of creep show but that’s only because I binge watched the first 2 seasons last month and the 3rd season just came out with episode 1 on Wednesday. I also watch 911 and 911 lone star but I think those don’t start again until fall.Last edited by francine1985; Sat, Sep 25th, 2021 at 07:35 PM.

Too many of the shows I took a chance on for their first or second seasons are now back but I have no room to record them. Plus for some reason they all want to be on tv on the same bloody night! I'm talking to you Big Sky, The Conners, Bob loves Abishola, Home Economics, and the rest I cannot even recall the names of now.
Sigh....

I just started watching Dan Brown's Lost Symbol ... just the first two episodes so far but very engaging and entertaining. Really looking forward to the remainder of the series.

Yes, with Rogers I can record 8 at one time but I think we have to watch one of the 8 well we are recording, although no sure. I will be honest I am in bed when the PVR start recording. It was one of the selling features when we upgraded our service and worked out in the long run as I got to remove all of the time shifting channels so worked out cheaper.

Just finished bingeing Impeachment, American crime story. Very well done, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Otherwise, watching my usuals - the Chicago tripleheader, Station 19, British BakeOff, Canadian Baking Show, guilty pleasure of Project Runway.
Watching WAY too much TikTok!Last edited by Natalka; Fri, Nov 12th, 2021 at 06:32 AM.

Dexter ( New Blood ) has not disappointed. Surprised to see Michael C Hall's ex wife in real life ( Jennifer Carpenter ) has now replaced Harry ( Dexter's Cop step father ) as the deceased person who speaks to him.
So far this long anticipated continuation of the series has been worth the wait.
