Tonight we're having BBQ chicken thighs and cesar salad
(& possibly a baked potato.. all I crave is sour cream & potato right now for some reason!)

For lunch actually, today I made homemade veggie samosa's (peas and potato) with a killer hot sauce to dip. Then while I was rolling out the dough they observed a moment of silence on the radio for remembrance day so I stopped what I was doing. But holy wow these things were so good if I do say so myself, lol.

The sauce was a mix of a hot salsa, sirachi hot sauce and tandoori sauce..

Our dinner was going to be baked chicken breasts. There were three frozen in one big gob (unusual, I usually freeze them separate), so I put them in the oven for awhile then tried to separate them. Unfortunately my Pyrex dish couldn't take the cold inside of the chicken hitting the hot pan, the dish shattered and the chicken went into the green bin. Then I cooked hamburger and some onions/mushrooms/peppers, opened a jar of sauce and had spaghetti (frozen that was leftover from another time).
