    @Tweets77 so sorry to hear about your friend situation due to the storm. I have relatives who lives in the Bahamas and we thank God every day that the were not physically hurt but do have major damages from the storm. It will now be rebuilding time for many families. My heart goes out to everyone who was and is affected my this major storm

    Banking system down. Poor husband had already loaded up with groceries. Came home and gathered whatever cash we could find. Note to self: keep more cash at home!

    @avoncallingu thanks, I’ll keep going to the gym and maybe try other things too. I’ll have to see what happens over the next couple of months. My most recent pic was just the gym steam room. I actually went to the gym Saturday night. Was using some of the weight machines and using the dumbbells too.

    Hello folks!

    Mondays fly by.
    Went to exercise class this morning- several Tootie walks-
    Sold an ink cartridge on Kijiji
    Had a shower and next it will be bingo -
    Then supper
    Then drive BrotherR home,
    Then I have a meditation meeting
    Nice way to end the day.
    Oh yes, I have decided to get a sing-song group together with the aim of singing Christmas songs for the residents next door. Should be lots of fun. Lots of people at the exercise class expressed an interest.
    BrotherR needs new glasses- BrotherB is handling that and we're buying him a tablet for his birthday at the end of the month. Day after yours, @Lynn49 .

    Got to get some things done for a wedding next weekend. See ya later!

    @Natalka - I hope you feel as good as you can, given your Monday regimen of pills.
