Good aft! - at least what is left of it.

Hot, though not as muggy as yesterday here as well. I sure don't like a temp of 32.

Nausea gone, still some breathing probs, as well as pain in assorted joints.
Nurse came to redo bandages on legs Tuesday - and my left shin and back of leg were all weepy. It's like it decided to just skip the blister stage...
I do have small blisters on my right knee as well.

Boo and yuck. This gal just can't win!

Yesterday was our 31st anniversary, so crazy! Had leftovers and naps, lol!

Happy belated Anniversary @Natalka !!!
We share the same date....DH gave me a high-five in the hallway the other day and said " Happy Anniversary, in case I forget to say it on Wednesday " . ( 41 years ....I'll let him get away with that one since we're in the throws of a pandemic )

Jays split the Nationals series with another loss today. More sad news....DH and I were looking forward to watching the planned double header in Philly on Saturday....pffft!! So much for that. Been postponed now as 2 support staff tested + in the Philly organization.
Will this ever end?

thanks for the Anniversary wishes everyone! Remember that " steaks on the BBQ " DH and I had planned for the weekend? Well Metro must have heard about it and put T-bone steaks on sale!!

Good morning! I just woke up! There's something about sleeping here that promotes sleeping-in. We've all done it from time to time.

@GoJays , that post about recommending "Windows", etc, is so bang on! Lol!

@walkonby , that's the one thing that's so inconvenient about being here: normally my DH would be on his way to Metro by now for a stack of steaks. We have a Foodland 5 minutes down the road in Little Current which is decent for meats, veg, other stuff, but it's not the same. There's a very large one near-by for big grocery trips. Enjoy those steaks!

Not much going on today, DD is working, DH installed a new bathroom tap, lol. Yes, a new trailer, but they always have awful bathroom taps, not chrome ones.

Our home city has gone from 0 covid cases, to 22!

A young person visited Toronto, came back, attended a party!, infected 8 friends!
Others are mostly travel related, others not.
We need a border up here! This place is crawling with people fro heaven knows where...our family has gone back to our own tougher restrictions here wrt distancing. When our Grandson goes back to school, grade 7, we won't be with them anymore... Back to social distancing.

Belated Happy Anniversary @walkonby and @Natalka ! I wore myself out yesterday. Association meeting, grocery shopping and then my friend helped me to move in a filing cabinet and a chair that I bought on MAXSOLD. It's an online auction that clears out estates, etc. I used it when I moved from London. The wooden swivel rocky chair cost me....... $8. And the wooden filing cabinet..... $1.00

BrothersR is coming for a visit today. I'll be taking it easy.
