Morning gang.
back at it for another, short but jam packed, week of work.

Have a wonderful, dreary-rainy, day folks.

good morning early risers. Turkey day has come and gone but the leftovers hang around for the week.
DH did the soup up last night, what a great idea that was as the air is much chillier now, such a good fit.

Can't believe I screwed up at dinner time and totally forgot to get my gorgeous cooked bird to pose for his close up!
You know how everything is a bit of a panic at the time you're trying to get all the hot stuff on the table at the same time?
Well I was 1 and a half glasses into my wine and my plate of food was half eaten when I remembered.
Trust me, this Butterball was as good as every other one we've had. I do nothing to it except place it in the oven.
I have never had to call this hotline, but now I'm feeling inclined to send them a ty note.

I'm very curious how our neighbours in the USA will cope with their Thanksgiving restrictions? Pretty sure that holiday is larger than Christmas for them. Seems to be on Nov 26th this year, which is well after the very important election day. Fingers crossed that things remain civil.

Good morning, friends on a "crisp" day.

I have to empty the dishwasher so that I can fill it again with the rest of last evening's dishes. I don't like to run the dishwasher when I have guests, it's very noisy- the challenges of an open kitchen/living area.

How can I THINK of being hungry? But after Thanksgiving I like to break out the oatmeal- hardy meals for a day with a chill.

Miles to go before I sleep today, and promises to keep.

Good morn!

A topsy-turvy day today - I slept in the late evening, was awake most of the night, but I am getting sleepy now...
Side effects from Monday's big meds hit me in the evening, and it was so yucky. Hoping today won't be so much.

Yummy supper yesterday, we will go with more of the same today. Son took home lots, plus a pumpkin pie - but forgot the whipped cream.

Sleepy kittens are so cool. They just fall asleep wherever... You can see one walking in front of you, then all of a sudden it will stop and just be asleep.

Forget dinner..... I'm wondering if they're actually planning on doing the black Friday sales!?! If I had to guess, I'd say yes, they're stupid enough
