@cabmonk - you are absolutely amazing and quite the inspiration!

I just finished a long exercise session with my physiotherapist, worked up a sweat too - but nothing like what cabbie, walkonby, and others do.

I did the ones she had given to me previously so she could see my progress. Then she added some new ones to try ease the pain in my hamstrings - some in bed, some sitting. Then she wanted to see me walk; I could only do four loops front to back doors - got me out of breath. Now that my ankle is good, I must build up my endurance once again.

She had planned to have me do the stairs, but said she didn't want me doing it in the rain. Well, I would not have done them today anyway, or there would have been no hope of me doing them tomorrow when I must do them.

So she left me with lots to do, as well as one exercise for my husband to do with me.


@flemeth - hoping you are doing well. I would imagine you are getting bored, but do not overdo anything or take chances.

@Nata lk yes I am bored. Will get to go to my nephew wedding this weekend. I will have to be extra careful since it’s going to be a long day with the ceremony and reception to follow in the same day . Will have to stay out of everyone’s way before I get an accident.

@flemeth thanks A lot. I was surprised I did that running in place for the whole 30 mins because it goes nowhere lol. It says I went 2 miles haha. Tomorrow or Thursday I’ll go for a long walk.

@GoJays , it was such a dull day and like you, I get kafuddled with this tech crap...I'm wondering if I took a pick with my tablet, if it's easier to post it on here instead of a camera, but geez!!! Why is it so difficult to post a pic on here?! There are plenty of sites out there that make it so much easier instead of having to go to tinypic or whatever and re-size!!

If it's sunny tomorrow I'll try. I love your hostas, particularly that fluffy light green first one! I'm not familiar with it, but trust you to find an unusual one.

Still so tired from the weekend, but went shopping with my GF today which I really shouldn't have done...just so tired.

I have a bad habit of not keeping the tags so I forget what they're called but thank goodness for Google. I believe that it's called Munchkin Fire. It's one of my miniature ones. Here's someone's hand for size reference:
