btw @flemeth will you be in a wheel chair for getting around at your nephews wedding? That would guarantee you don't put any pressure down on your foot? Just a thought.
@Natalka when you compared what you do to what cab and I do, you sound JUST like me when I would downplay the " workouts " I started with compared to what I imagined REAL fitness people do....lol.
We all had our own starting point, whatever that point was and we have all made progress.
Only we know how far we have come wrt flexibility, strength and endurance. Repairing our broken down bodies is the goal.....so HOORAY for us all!

Good morning @walkonby .Thats what my DDs are saying I need to be in a wheel chair so I can be wheeled on the dance floor. I am sure I would not letting that foot touch the ground . My plan is to make sure I stay far from everyone who will have one too many to drink since it’s open bar. If I can’t take the festivities I DH will drive me home then go back. Fingers crossed this works out

Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed...and it wasn't me...
Jeebus...the Lady had to take the vehicle to a job site meeting today...I do our drive in commute everyday, today included...and all she's doing today is driving herself to that meeting and back to my office...yet I'm the one who takes all the flak because there's traffic and accidents on her route to the meeting this morning...*sigh*

Our 49th Anniversary!

Officially tomorrow, but we're going out for dinner this evening since we're all heading to camp tomorrow.
Wish we could start all over...knowing some of the stuff we know now...

WELL SHUT my " you-know-what! I always saw JUST the green leaves every time I have come across hostas in yards.
That seemed so boring and a waste of gardening space, BUT now my eyes have been opened so I will soon be off to grab some of the prettier ones I guess.
