    Yesterday was busy and I had lots to do.it was great to see all the kids back st school along with the staff. I was very tired by 8pm. Hoping today is less crazy. Have a great Wednesday all

    Did my ddp yoga energy workout about 10am. Heading to my aunts in about 30 minutes to do my laundry. Also put together a quick lunch to bring with me. Just some veggies and hummus plus a couple boiled eggs. Back at the gym tomorrow for hiit spin class and weights. Hope everyone is having a good day so far.

    @Natalka !! Thanks so much for posting the link to the CTV virtual reality segment! I told myself to head downstairs as the news hour approached yesterday to try and watch it, but I have that " shiny thing disorder " so whatever distracted me caused me to miss the news story.
    Awww @avoncallingu your comments showed how thrilling the experience was, but also scary!

    I am munching on roasted slabs of cauliflower....dare I call them cauliflower steaks? The crispy almost burnt bits are the best part! I actually eyeballed the large pan of lasagna ( with those fresh pasta noodles...argh! ) for too long knowing full well that it was off limits to me....sigh.
    They need to invent a VR thing that makes the cauliflower I am eating taste like lasagna! bwahahaha!

    yes @danger_dan the " work " you are performing while in the office ....I assume that is the secret, it's all good. I will not tell a soul about it.

    A couple of quickie errands filled my morning up. Oh before I forget....if anyone was tempted to hit a GT store to grab some of the Planters PB they had in the flyer for $2.99......stay put. There was a misprint and none of the GT stores got ANY jars of it.....I had no idea Planters even made PB!? Was gonna grab a few jars for DH to try.

    Enjoy whatever customs you indulge in on Hump Day....

    Hahaha.. @avoncallingu ...."exhilitating until you hit the bottom"! Our GS has those and it feels so real, almost too real! How great that they brought that experience to your seniors' residence!

    Back from my aunts and I weighed myself there. Finally under 230lbs. It has been over 20+ years that I have been that weight.
