cabbie, that's a lot to lose in a week! I lost just over two, but that wasn't from trying! I wish I could eat more! I actually had some chicken for supper, it has been a while since I had meat.

I was only able to sleep about an hour, and that was mid-afternoon - anything else was a no-go. Sure hoping I sleep tonight!

definitely hope you sleep too. Yeah I lose weight in spurts. I’ll lose 5-9lbs and then nothing for 2-3 weeks. I’ve been overall pretty steady.

Morning! This family gets up early. 5 am for my cousin. She is manager of one of the top 10 Dollar Tree stores (out of over 500). Imagine that... in little old Chatham.
Her husband out the door at 7:30. He works for one of the well known car restoration companies in North America- having sold at auction in the states a restored car for over $3 million.

Very dear couple. (With an objectionable dog called Gracie- and you know I love dogs!)

Well, I had better get my act together.

@cabmonk - be careful not to lose too much weight. It seems that you haven't been feeling up to par for the past little while.

So @avoncallingu I had to attend physio this morning but I set the pvr to record both channels ( I like different pundits on each )
Now I have not viewed any of it yet but in my news feed there was THIS!!
I think Fiona Hill is the new hero of the Dems. One can only hope.

Good day my SC friends I have been so busy running around all week.
Yes @avoncallingu I am going to be celebrating Thanksgiving my older DD has dual citizenship. American and Canadian so we will get a little festive here.

My best friend Dad just passed away today he lost his battle fighting cancer for the last 5 years. I have known him for more than 40yrs. So this would be very difficult for me .

@avoncallingu definitely trying to be careful. My goal is around 200lbs. Still flab around my gut area. My core is getting better and I’m beginning to be able to do incline bench sit-ups.

Well, folks, my day has evolved very nicely so that I have actually rebooked my train to go home tonight. My friend will pick me up and bring Tootie so we'll be back together tonight instead of tomorrow.

That means that I can go to my BrotherR 's Dr. Appointment tomorrow morning, which will be good.

We went to my mother-in-law 's favourite restaurant for lunch and I had a prime rib beef dip, a delicious Cole slaw and a lovely raspberry cheesecake for dessert.

Thank-you Amy for the treat!

Vanessa asked me to sing, "You are My Sunshine," which she used to sing with her mum, at both gravesites.

The rain stayed away until we were finished at the cemetery.

I'm now resting (and warming up) before I hit the rails again at 6:30.
