It's this darn weather! I had a pounding headache the other night before/during and after DS's hockey game. And it was a healthy day for me. Good healthy food and lots of water.

I went through the sale flyers and wrote out my list. Not shopping till tomorrow late morning/afternoon. The fridge needs to be cleaned out 1st. Then I want to pull out everything from the freezer (on bottom of fridge) and plan meals from there before I go shopping. Will take out a roast tomorrow to cook on Sunday with all the fixings- leftovers for Monday night.

Breakfast next week- Smoothies, egg mcmuffins (made at home of course) and oatmeal with fresh berries.
Will work on a detailed meal plan tomorrow.

I had parked in a Subway parking lot intending to use a coupon, but I smelled some enticing food at a Viet Thai place. I checked it out and a customer quickly recommended #1, which was $11.05 including tax. I got it to go and I was full by the time I had eaten half of the meal, so the leftovers are wrapped up in my vehicle. It had rice noodles, meat, raw veggies like a salad, spring roll, and dipping sauce. I’m happy with that purchase.

The doctor is late coming back to the office after lunch, so I’m still waiting. This is why I make sure there is quite a bit of time between appointments.

Really wishing someone was here to make dinner tonight. I found a heating pack and am sitting with it on my back and it feels great, I do not want to move. Might be leftover stir fry which I just have to re heat

My first specialist was 1/2 hr late to my appointment. I went straight to my next appointment, where the doctor was 1hr late. It’s a good thing I booked these appointments 1.5hrs apart because I was barely able to arrive on time, even if my specialists weren’t ready to see me. I am waiting for tests to be scheduled, which will involve another road trip.

It was a long day, but I picked up a book on CD last week from the public library, and listened to the entire 4 disk novel today. Some people should not be driving, but I eventually made it home safely.

After a nice long soak in the tub and a nice long nap too I was able to get rid of my headache. Feeling much better today. Still cold here and it is lightly snowing out too.

DH went to the grocery store for me yesterday but the delivery trucks were behind schedule so I ended up with 4/7 items but I made $.25 on CO51. Hopefully I get mushrooms today as I would like to have a mushroom omelette for lunch or supper today.

Opened a savings account by telephone yesterday with automatic weekly withdrawal so I don't have to remember to do it. It may just be a mad money account...not sure yet.

I’ve been checking out those two money savings sand couponing Facebook groups that were shared in this thread. Canadian Coupon Community from Coast 2 Coast - a lot of people post pictures of the coupons they have up for trade. There are a lot of coupons that I’ve never seen before, and they’re not just FPCs. I am also finding that it bothers me to see people asking for 10-30 copies of the same coupon, example: printable or from WM magazine.

Curious to why it bothers you that people want a large amount of one coupon? I will do a large volume trade to get FPC's for cat food but only because I have 3 cats, help my mom feed hers and I donate to our local cat shelter.
