Good Morning! It is almost Friday yippee! We need to get out and have some fun this weekend. Hoping since the weather sounds like it will be hot we can check out that spot to take the canoe out. I will pack us a picnic

I did absolutely nothing last night again. Well I read my book for awhile and tidied the kitchen. That is it. I left DS a note to call me when he wakes up so I can give him a list of chores to do.

Well went to No Frills with a $75 Visa prepaid card I need to use before it expires next month. I could only spend $14! Couldn't find stuff on my list etc. Oh well will try again on Tuesday maybe. Got a few freezer items (perogies/fries) and some other things that were a good deal.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
I ended up working until I could not focus anymore last night and was up and back at this morning.

I just took a break and did a couple small things in the kitchen, put away some dry dishes, anyone else hate drying dishes? I always try to leave them to air dry. I also grated a jar of parmesan for the fridge, we buy the large wedge at Costco which lasts us at least 3 months usually closer to 5 to 6 months. So we grate off what we need to fill a jar and keep it in the fridge.

As I have been working away in the dining room I have been seeing things I want to post for sale, hopefully I can get to this tonight.

I am really hoping to not work late tonight but we will have to see, I am waiting for a few things to be sent back to me.

I really feel like there are not enough hours in a day right now.

YMMV but you can try using the Visa to buy PC GCs since they don't expire.

Ok. I’m feeling lucky now.

I’ve been entering a variety of local Father’s Day contests in Facebook. Our local news paper just contacted me to say that I’m their big winner. I won $300 in gift cards to local businesses. She has to collect a few more of the gift cards, then she’ll drop it off in our mailbox. It might be later today or tomorrow morning.

Small problem, it will be announced in the local news paper tomorrow, which Dh might see. I’m considering moving up some of our Father’s Day celebrations. I also doubt that the kids could keep it a secret. I haven’t told them yet.

Same. We have a Costco here, but don't usually buy enough for membership to be worth it. But it's only 1 receipt per and first come first serve (they have limited slots for each).

regarding problem with giveaway kitkat..they send me after I send several fb message a unique link to try new an assortment of chocolate bars..they will be shipped within 2 weeks and maybe more thanks to covid....hope to not get melted chocolate like others persons does in fb couponning groups....

Well, no night off for me. My Co worker who was on chat tonight has a meeting so I am on chat.

I was going to try to get some stuff posted but I am super tired so I will aim for tomorrow night instead or maybe a mid afternoon break.

I love that our chat feature is popular but I am hoping for a calm night.

Once chat closes I think I will relax with my book and that is it for today.

some day ago I tasted when it was in sale the ben and gerrys ice cream salted core caramel and gold brownies because it was on sale at 3,00$ ...I would never paid the price of 8,00$ for this ice cream..so last week they still have some at the same price and I bought like 7 tubs because in qc we have a canicule this week...paid with 10 000 (10$) pc points to make a sweet better deal! I have to go trought the freezer because it was the only 7 leftover tubs...the other ones where peannut butter witch i am not a fan of

I am now off until Tuesday. Yay. Today is our 26th wedding anniversary so we did curbside pick up from a favourite Indian restaurant. I used a gift card I won in a Mother’s Day Facebook contest. Lots of leftovers for the older son for lunch. Friday we are going out for lunch to a favourite restaurant that has a patio. It will be our 1st time out in over 3 months.
