I am so happy to have the energy and the joy to cook and bake like before!!!! It is so rewarding.!!! Tonight I watched natashaskitchen recepies for lemons and I found 3 good ones that I bookmarked the link
Fresh Lemonade(I think I will make that tomorrow to use my bag of lemons!!! It is a base and we add water to it and the lemon juice so easy!!!
Zesty lemon bars(will make it when I will have less desserts ready to eat)
Blueberries-lemons cake..sound delicious and the summer my marraine (aunt) and my parrain uncle well is brother have a bleuetiere so I get many blueberries and I often dont know how to use them all so that is a good recepie cannot wait for that for the summer!!
And I have now 2 small containers to use (dad did not eat them so far) and they are in special this week..so maybe in the future just need to purchase canola oil and cornstach and mabe other pack of eggs

alright off to sleep otherwhise I could watch videos and recepies all the night it is very inspiring!!!

Quiet day here today a little bit of cooking and that it.
Fresh salmon filet with a citrus and maple sirup glaze,chinese rice and various salads for dinner cannot wait!!! I have a ham that I will make later this week too.

Happy Easter to those who are celebrating.

Today I am cooking a 4lb beef roast, potato and onion foil bake, gravy, cucumber salad, and baby cut carrots for supper.

I started to make a list of smaller family goals that I would like to work towards over the break, so that I don’t feel like we missed out on an opportunity. We have been spending some time outdoors with this beautiful weather. We’ve been using the bikes more and collecting items for SARCAN. I want to play some games, do some crafts, baking, and reading with our children. Dh heads back to work tomorrow, I don’t go back live on camera with my students until April 12.

Working on getting some stuff done today before back to work tomorrow. I miss being in school and getting a 4 day weekend. I am still not really in a place with work right now that I can book a day off. We keep hiring new staff who need training. Hopefully in a few months things will calm down a little bit.

I took a small walk with dad and he walk a little bit faster and it was great!!! Such a beautiful weather and sunny!!! Dad goal is 2 take 2 walks per day (morning and afternoon) I could not be more agreed on that!!!
Printed off my 3 recepies from natashaskitchen and i am ready to cook and bake lol!!!!

Happy holidays! Hope everyone is well. It's beautiful out by the bay and I got to watch a beautiful parade of swans and geese in the bay this morning.

I'm putering today but it's time to transplant my flower sprouts into cups with potting mix. I'm hoping to go pick up some soil tomorrow. I'm trying Walmart grocery pick up tomorrow. We'll see how it goes. Walmart is 4 mins from our house so handy.

Happy Easter to everyone! We are currently in a loop of self-isolation. Case #1 - My DD had diarrhea after she arrived at school. Sent home and self-isolate for 10 days. Case #2 - My DS has a cold that lasted for 3 days. Didn’t go to school self-isolate for 10 days. Case #3 - Me and DH got sick after my DS. But ours was like the flu. Didn’t get a COVID test as we were practically bedridden for over 1 week. Cough was phlegmy and then a dry cough. I am now on my second bottle of Benylin cough syrup. So now with this new development, self-isolation for all of us for 14 days. I have already ordered twice from the Walmart grocery for delivery. First order was a total of 48 items. Second order was a total of 16 items. Everything went well and the items were packed carefully. Plus, everything I bought was on sale.

My DS school still have cases and he already wears a mask and a face shield at school everyday. I’m sure we are bound to get sick again at some point, hopefully not as bad as this one.
