Wow. No idea what's for supper, but I wish it was Shepherd's Pie.

Wow, I've never made shepherd's pie - but now that I look at recipes, I make the same type of dish, but parts served separately.

Last night, I turned the leftover chili into soup, and we had sandwiches too.
Tonight is up in the air still...

Ckicken pot pie & salad

Pan fried breaded sole, fries, sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli and peas.

Garlic-ginger-sesame beef stir fry with bell peppers, served on rice.

salmon, marinated in a teriyaki/soy mix, rotini noodles with mushroom cream sauce, corn and peas, and home made biscuits.. lordy it's good

Roast beef in a cast iron Dutch oven cook on my BBQ!!

I am stuffing chicken breasts with goat cheese that I added fresh rosemary, garlic and some spices to served with mashed taters and a mission fig/port reduction
