    Happy Monday!

Stayed last night at my sister's again. Enjoyed the afternoon with the family. Then my sister and I went for dinner last night.
This morning I drove my niece to her friends house to join them on a RVing trip (that's why I stayed last night to save my sister the drive since her friend lives in my town)
Now to unpack from the weekend and tidy the house a bit. Lots of work to get done since I am on vacation next week....finally.

    Have a wonderful day!

Good to hear your having a great time with your son @Skippy . Family time is important especially nowadays.
@Giseledta when our pup was a baby he destroyed a fire hose dog toy that was supposedly to be indestructible . Thankfully he outgrew that and was generally good with his toys, especially the first ever toy we bought him before he was born ( we still have it and it’s almost brand new)
@Angela273 glad to hear you’re doing good with your booster. Wishing you all the best on your move.

Heading off to Costco this morning after dropping off the car for an oil change. We’re going to hit up the small local veg shop for a few smaller things.

Got $36.73 in my Rakuten account form yesterday's online shopping. Still waiting for my New Balance shop cash back to come. I’m new to this Rakuten thing but I’m liking it.

    Have a great day everyone.

I want to start eating more fish. (on the bbq- no one likes the smell in the house)
What/where do you buy your fish?
Found $1 packages at RCSS. Different types. I grabbed 2 to try.

@harbie I love Rakuten. The customer service is great, as some stores are slow to report - The Bay being one of them. But most others are fast. It really does add up.

Humidity continues but there is a breeze. I am out of Ontario strawberries and the only place I can find them is at Fortinos but for $6.99 I don't get why the cardboard American ones are so cheap?

I'm also loving mixing my electrolytes powder with various flavoured waters. As on their own, they are kinda gross in my opinion.

@Frugalbigmama it depends what kind of fish. We used a lot Sea Food at my house we some times get it at the Asian stores if it’s fresh and I sometimes buy from RCSS.

Your aunt sounds about right. Over-usage/-stress injury is common. I tried to do too much with my legs, too. Now, I am in for long periods of walking, because I over-stressed it while running. I really love the heat and want to RUN, but am paying the price for my over exuberance.

I would suggest that you make comparisons per pound, as opposed to how much per package.

I find that anything $3 and below / pound for fish is acceptable. I can often find some deals with $2 / lb for Tilapia or pink salmon. Salmon sometimes drops as low as $1.50 / pound. I have a local HMart, that I use to price-match at RCSS.

Good Morning! Suppose to be another hot one here.

I had no plan for dinner last night. After work I went out to a few stores to grab a few groceries and get out for a bit.
Picked up some fresh stuff to assist in healthy eating (cucumbers, blueberries etc)
When I got home I decided on Rice with veggies and garlic shrimp. I made sure to make a container for my work lunch today.

Tonight- I need to clean out the freezer on the bottom of the fridge. Toss what needs to be tossed and plan to use up the rest of the stuff over the next week.
I know there is homemade pasta sauce so that will be an easy meal one night (and make extras for DS to eat for lunch the next day)
So this is what I will do as soon as I walk in the door tonight. Then I am thinking a swim at the beach. Perfect way to end the night!
