already on the spreadsheet - same model is on sale @ Futureshop for $1200. Definitely a good deal at 6000AM (if you're one of those Apple kool-aid drinkers that is...)

Ya know, I was just like you a year ago...now I must say, I've gone over to the dark side, iPad, MacBook air, and now a pro...oh well at least I'll be ahead a few bucks until I get screwed by the budget in an hour...but I guess I should leave political comments (both Apple politics and the other kind) out of my comments

Looks like tomorrow's group buy will be some sort of Gift Card. Last year I got a $100 Running Room gift card for my husband for 600 AM. Not the best deal but still a deal.

My prediction for the group buy is 750AM for a $100 GC. Last year it was 600AM for a $100 GC and it seems that everything has been bumped up a bit.

That one wasn't raised in price and I think (emax is the official timer) it sold out fast than yesterday's MacBook!!

I actually tried to grab one, kept getting the dreaded "Sorry: Inventory upd invalid ( Code PRD_5 )" error message. Sold out very quickly - 1 min or so - but only 90 gift cards available so not surprised.

Looks like it's back to watching the Auction Item Follies at http:///WR5LY as people overbid on things. Good entertainment for the rest of us. Kinda jealous though -- must be nice to go thru life without worrying about math and finances and stuff.

I didn't pull the trigger on this one, but it's nice to see a $100 gift card for 600 AM.

I refreshed the web page a few times in less than a minute and watched it drop from 90 to 0.

The $200 Safeway Gift Card was auctioned off for ONLY 3420 AM this morning.

I guess the winner wanted to save a few AM to light the cigars.
