Well, we had a bit of a technical malfunction. The never-ending propane tank died halfway though the chicken. So we ended up with corn on the cob cut off the cob (fake front tooth prevents me from eating that sort of stuff directly - oh there is a good story there for another time) chicken stirfried to completion and side salads.

Just a sampling of what we ate at an "all you can eat" Japanese restaurant!
Everything was made to order, super fresh and delicious. <3 I love Japanese food!

Last night I made a combo of sauteed onions, mushrooms, cabbage and sliced cheddar smokies, served with cheese gnocchi. It was so different than the Chinese food we ate all weekend, it was a welcome change!
I get the gnocchi from London Drugs' import section, it's absolutely awesome!

Had unexpected guests for dinner last night so no leftovers So I decided that tonights dinner will be juicy lucy burgers (a hamburger stuffed with cheese, sauted onions & bell peppers, and crispy bacon) and some homemade fires. Not exactly the healthiest meal, but a treat once in a while is fine
We all need a little sunshine every now and then
