Last night I made 2 kinds of soft tacos. One with grilled steak and the other ground chicken thighs with corn and beans added. Of couse they were topped with the usual suspects like avcado, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa.

Tonight I am SO not intrested in cooking so I might have DH pick something up......

Spaghetti with turkey meatballs. I had to laugh because DH was the one who cooked tonight. I was too busy working late (and getting a speeding ticket because I was working late and wanted to get the heck home!). The turkey meatballs are a weird story...

It gave me a chuckle because last week, I said to DH, "I'm gonna make some turkey burgers for supper!" And he wrinkled up his nose and looked at me like I had 6 heads when I said it. He thought turkey burgers was THE strangest idea anyone could ever have. Well, he happened to be eating supper out that night with friends to celebrate his birthday and I decided that if I was only cooking for myself and 2 little gals with minimal appetites, that I'd put together supper with some leftovers we had floating around. So I didn't get around to making turkey burgers after all---then I come home today to spaghetti with turkey meatballs. If I'd had my wits about me, I would've wrinkled my nose up and looked at HIM like he had 6 heads..."just because," of course.
